Achieving a high level of even quality by focusing quality assurance work on a dedicated team
Test methods often rely on individual skills and can therefore vary in terms of quality. SHIFT standardizes the processes, perspectives, and formats of quality assurance work (including the creation of test plans, inspection of system requirement documents, the test design, and test execution) to enable the third-party execution of tests without relying on individual skills.
By starting to apply standards in staged test phases of several projects and gradually expanding from there, we enable standardization to be smoothly implemented in projects. SHIFT performs quality assurance work from a third-party perspective along with the expanding scope of this standardization, and also accumulates quality data for customers.
We apply standardized tests in the entire test phase of all development projects for each customer. This enables testing methods to be unified throughout the entire company. We also control quality (quality visualization based on common standards) at a company-wide level based on accumulated quality data.
01
In quality assurance work including the creation of test plans, inspection of system requirement documents, and the design and execution of tests, SHIFT provides standardization of tests that meets the needs of customer environments and systems based on the expertise we have accumulated over several years. This enables the required tests to be adequately conducted.
02
At SHIFT, our engineers have experience in constructing TCoE systems support our customers. Standardized quality assurance work can also be gradually implemented without confusion amongst various projects. We accurately proceed with system construction while enabling the customer to truly appreciate the effects of the TCoE system.
03
Since SHIFT performs quality assurance work from a third-party perspective, the information systems departments of our customers do not need to perform acceptance tests of development vendor deliverables. This enables the information systems engineers to focus on their core competence (such as creating system strategy and planning).
04
By focusing the quality assurance work of various projects on a dedicated team at SHIFT, variation in the work-hours in the test phases of each project can be reduced. This enhances efficiency and prevents schedule delays and increased costs.
