Formulating test plans based on reliable knowledge
Reuse of past test plans leads to inadequate consideration during test planning. At SHIFT, we consider the project principles and risk analysis results to formulate policies for what, when, and how to conduct tests. We can also check whether test plans formulated by our customers are based on policies defined by a project.
Various aspects must be prepared and considered in advance for testing, such as the environment, data, and human resources. In order to promote overall efficient testing, SHIFT creates detailed test plans to prevent confusion and repetitive work at the execution stage, as well as avoid excessive costs. This enables schedules and costs to be kept within the projected range.

In addition to support for formulating test plans, we provide subsequent test designs and a range of consistent services up to test execution. Putting SHIFT in charge of various test phases enables smooth linkages from test planning, to test design, and with execution teams.
